Bellis Training provides high-quality apprenticeships courses in Business Administration, Hotel and Catering, Customer Service, Warehousing and Retail sectors.   2. All placement companies must provide evidence confirming that their Equal Opportunities Policy is in place. Should this not be the case, we provide information and guidelines and ensure that implementation is carried out. This is documented. This document is kept in their company file.
  3. All employees and learners are recruited, trained, assessed and promoted on the basis of their ability, suitability for work and the requirements of the position.
  4. No applicant or customer shall receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of race, sex, marital status, disability (taking into consideration the Disability Discrimination Act 2004), religion or political beliefs.

Always ensure that you are aware of the policy and that in your handling of customers and fellow employees you act in accordance with this and that you do nothing, which may directly or indirectly, cause discrimination towards them.

The organisation will regard any breaches of this policy as being very serious and deliberate and will regard this as gross misconduct.
